Billing information, invoices and other personal information are stored on a secure system only. When sensitive data is only in our possession in hard copy, the copy will be securely kept in Klooster Fine Art's administration.

  • We keep the data mentioned for a period of 10 years maximum, with the possible exception of legal requirements to store certain data for a longer period.
  • At your request, your personal data are removed from our storage, limited only by legally required storage.
